Focus
After a long time, I'm writing this blog. because it takes a time to search relevant material and trusted sources to understand the topic.because the source must be authentic and people can easily relate with it to understand the things so without wasting anytime let's begin....
Today's topic is remedy of the first out of ten barrier of the change which i mention in my previous blog. even if you didn't read that one then don't worry you can continue to know the topic for the betterment of the your life.
Starting with the word focus, what it mean?
- It means when you start concentrating your energy at one particular point without distracting for some interval of a time that is called focus.
- when people heard that to focus you have to concentrate your energy at particular point for some interval of time they thought that they have to concentrate their physical energy and they see object and thought that they are focusing but it didn't worked like that way,
- they don't know the different aspect of the energy like different way energy expressed. the energy can express physically , mentally, emotionally and soul(spiritual). these are also the dimension of the energy expression.
- The solution is first understand the focus, it means when your different layer of the energy which i talked earlier concentrated at particular point for the interval of time that is the time when you can say you are focused.
- The simply solution is as you obvious know is practice. but how you practice that is the matter. because the quality of practice defines the quality of your skills.
- Yes, the ability to focus is the skill and it's wonderful and the effects are also phenomenal. but that we discuss in later part of the blog. currently focus on techniques of increasing focus.
- the next thing to do is applied it to your day to day life. the more you practice is more you will became better.you don't need to allocate extra time to do that.
what are the benefits?
- The first and foremost thing is your quality of life will increase.
- your ability to learn new things will increase.
- The stress level will decrease.
- Your productivity will increase.
- The quality of relationship with family, relatives, colleague,coworker, employee , employer became better.
- many more aspects are there but i don't want to go in details.as you practice and you will experience by yourself.
- There are thousands of researches done by well known institute world wide. you can search on the internet and check all the benefits.
- you can see by example. First one i recommend to read the biography of Steve Jobs. I think you don't need introduction because the man is brand himself. when he was at his last time of life.......(I think you have to go through out his life ).
- Second is you can check my second recommendation is check out the book of Robin Sharma. which is "The 5AM Club". where he is talking about concept TBTF (Tide Bubble of Total Focus).Robin Sharma is world wide best selling author.
